| Usage: 1、This machine belongs to the mechanical centrifugal-type dry process recycling equipment.It is mainly used in recycling the resin old sand and the sodium silicate sand in the foundry department. 2、Its working principle is the old sand which enters from the feed inlet under the action of gravity, falls to high speed revolving cylindrical area formed with the sand blasting disc, when it has collision with the plate’s leaf blade, under the centrifugal force it starts radial direction accelerated motion,then ejected with high speed tangentially from the end of the leaf blade, the sand which was ejected has the intense collision with the lining circle, which causes the inert membrane to stave and fall off the sand and passes through the tuyere together with the ash to be discharged to the outside of the machine, the old sand obtains the regeneration from this. Features: 1、This series equipment contains the single stage and dual stage centrigual recycling. The single stage is often used in the middle and small resin sand production line. 2、The structure is compact, the using is reliable. 3、The energy consumption is low, the recycling effect is good. 4、One side of the machine is equipped with the access door, the repairing is very convenient.
