| Main Features: 1、The vibrating fluidization cooling machine is composed by the porous scale board’s machine body, the wind blowing system, the wind exhausting system and the humidification mixer. 2、The hot old sand falling on the vibration fluidization cooling machine’s orifice, while moving along vibration direction, under the humidifier spraying water. The wind blowing system froms lower part blows the cold wind in, causes hot sand to assume the ebullition condition, the air and the hot sand contacts fully, the moisture carries off the hot hydrosphere, and it is discharged by the exhaust system, the hot sand then reaches the cooling purpose, after the cooling old sand is under transportation continuously to the sand exit. The heat changing ratio of the sand and air at the ebullition condition is 6-10 times of the static state, therefore the fluidization machine is a quite ideal heat changing installment.
